How do I get there?
Your best bet is to take the Vegas Loop (Tesla Tunnel) from Resorts Word and get out at the LVCC West Station. Olivia has purchased you the necessary Tesla Tunnel pass. Check the NFDA Slack channel for your QR code.

ATTENTION!

Please bring all laptops, charging cords and HDMI cables you need to connect to the video monitors at NFDA. Make sure you have everything before the Convention starts and bring ALL YOUR EQUIPMENT to the tech run Through on Monday morning for testing.

Traffic Jam Alert! Expect Delays

Please be aware that the city can be extra crowded due to construction projects. Also, Las Vegas receive almost a 100 thousands of visitors per day. Those extra 15 minutes will make the difference.

Dress to Impress!

The dress code we all be following is Business Professional during Convention hours and Business Casual for evening events outside the Convention. You can wear Tribute Technology Sweaters as well if you want to!

Where should I send photos and videos, if I take any?

If you take photos and videos that can be relevant for our social media channels (ad that we are allowed to share), please send them to Heather, Olivia, or Stephanie.

Double Check You Bring All

Anything that you need to ensure your computer or other equipment will run without issues - connectors, chargers, USB, etc. If you need anything else, please contact Olivia.
