What sympathy gifts are offered at Tribute Store?

Tribute Store delivers floral arrangements, vases, baskets, wreaths, crosses, and sprays made locally by your preferred florist. We offer memorial trees through our planting partners. Tribute blankets, chocolates, snacks, wind chimes, statues, and lanterns are also available sympathy gifts.
Can a funeral home work with multiple florists?

Yes, funeral homes can work with one or multiple florists in each of their serving locations. Orders can be distributed evenly among each preferred florist, or a primary preferred florist can receive all the orders, and the orders they are unable to accept can then be sent to preferred backup shops. You can contact our Tribute Store Customer Support team anytime to add or remove florists.
What information does a funeral home have about orders?

There is a dedicated section of the website administration panel for Tribute Store orders where funeral home staff can see the card message, who purchased it, and the corresponding dates. They also can download or email tree planting certificates.
What if we have a question about an order?
