Selected Independent Funeral Homes Press Release: Tribute Technology to Match up to $10,000 in Donations to the Selected Educational Trust

LINCOLNSHIRE, IL — September 16, 2022 — The Selected Educational Trust is launching a matching gift campaign in partnership with Tribute Technology. Now through October 31, Tribute Technology will match dollar-for-dollar all gifts made to the Trust up to $10,000.

“The Trust funds scholarship, research, workforce development and educational opportunities, which provide lifelong learning for independent death-care practitioners. This matching gift opportunity allows donors to double the impact their gift will have on advancing this profession,” said Stefanie Favia, Senior Director of the Trust. “We are deeply grateful to Tribute Technology for showing their faith in the mission of the Trust and making this opportunity possible.”

Donations to the Trust help support the best educational opportunities for the advancement and support of all who work within and for the independent funeral service profession.

“Tribute Technology is focused on providing innovation for funeral service — because we come from funeral service. Our partners have been technology leaders in our profession for decades, and now, we’re focused on the future, including the development of future leaders,” said Tribute Technology President & CFO Tim Mathison. “We are proud to support the powerful work the Selected Education Trust is doing to promote education.”

Donations made to the Trust through October 31 are eligible for matching, including contributions by mail (Selected Educational Trust, One Overlook Point, Suite 530, Lincolnshire, IL 60069) or online at www.selectedtrust.org/donate-now.
